James Whetlor is the ‘Goat Man’, founder of Cabrito. Born out of a desire to end the waste in the UK dairy industry, as well as to provide a fresh, delicious and sustainable meat source, Cabrito has been supplying restaurants and butchers with high quality goat meat for over 8 years.
In this series we get to know James and the origins of Cabrito as well as taking a trip to one of their suppliers to find out more about the farms origins, the benefits of goat, and sustainable farming processes. Along the way we discover some delicious recipes from James’s recently released book, Goat: Cooking and Eating.
