The first dish being a soboro don, which is a ground chicken rice bowl topped with egg yolk over rice. The second is Oyako don, which translates to mother and child rice bowl, is a comforting dish of soft cooked eggs in chicken and dashi broth over rice. Then finally Hokkaido Style Grilled Scallop, where the scallop is cooked in its shell with a rich shoyu butter.
