  • 500 ml plain flour
  • 1 tea spoon baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 200 ml club soda water
  • 200 g kallrökt lax
  • Butter for the waffle maker
  • 100 g cheddar, grated
  • 50 ml crème fraiche
  • 0,5 red chilli, finely chopped
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • Sprigs of dill
  • Fresh thyme
