After a successful career as an accountant, in 2007, she decided to follow her heart and dedicate her time to food. Nutty Chewy Date Balls


  • 250g pitted dates chopped
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • ½ tbsp ground cardamom
  • ½ tbsp spirulina powder
  • 50g mixed nuts chopped
  • 20g desiccated coconut
