  • 200g chana daal
  • 200g chopped tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 4 green chillis
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 1 thumb sized piece ginger
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tbsp curry leaves
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp fenugreek
