In this episode of her 'A Very Swedish Affair' Masterclass, Chef Tonya makes a mussel dish from Cambodia. This Asian fusion dish is complete with with turmeric, lemongrass and more! It has quite a few ingredients, but it's exceptionally simple to make and the end results is an impressive looking (and tasting!) dish.
