Wood-Fired Sausage Rolls and Brownies
Ingredients
- 400g good quality sausage meat
- 1 sheet ready made puff pastry – about 30x20cm and cut in half – and spread with roughly
- 1tbsp grain mustard
- 1 egg beaten
- A few sesame seeds
- For The Brownies:
- 200g dark chocolate, chopped – we use a 70% chocolate
- 90g butter
- 3 free range eggs beaten
- 160g caster sugar
- 40g dark cocoa
- 85g chopped nuts
- 1 orange, finely grated zest and juice
