- 1⁄2 batch pizza dough Semolina
- 80g butter
- 3 cloves, garlic, peeled and crushed 1tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
- Parmesan cheese for grating
- For The Focaccia:
- 250g 00 flour
- 175g cool water
- 25g olive oil
- 5g fine seasalt
- 3g quick acting dried yeast
- Sliced tomatoes Basil oil Coarse seasalt
- More olive oil
