- 100g unsweetened cornflakes
- Pinch of salt
- ½ tsp paprika
- Drizzle of olive oil
- 1 egg
- 100ml almond milk
- 50g spelt flour
- Salt, to taste
- 350g chicken mini breast fillets
- 1/4 red cabbage, grated
- 2 carrots, grated
- 100g radishes, grated
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Drizzle of honey
- Small bunch chopped herbs (parsley, coriander)
