This old fashioned American biscuit recipe is easy, fluffy and delicious and is paired perfectly with some jam for an American style afternoon treat. About LC: LC is a chef and pupil of food who believes every dish tells a story. Her curiosity about foods and its history led her to study and cook foods around the world. Before donning her chef’s coat with classical training in the USA, she initiated her culinary training at the “school of mom” learning to appreciate and understand diverse ingredients, as well as the symbolism of cooking with love. After her training and education, LC continued her passion, working in professional kitchens and learning from great chefs from around the world (including a Top Chef and Michelin starred chef). If she isn’t creating, she can be found in a kitchen, market, or garden somewhere in the world continuing to research foods and techniques to share with friends, family, and fellow food lovers.
