About LC: LC is a chef and pupil of food who believes every dish tells a story. Her curiosity about foods and its history led her to study and cook foods around the world. Before donning her chef’s coat with classical training in the USA, she initiated her culinary training at the “school of mom” learning to appreciate and understand diverse ingredients, as well as the symbolism of cooking with love.
