  • 20g Brown sugar
  • 40ml Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Pinch of cayenne
  • 1 Turkey leg
  • 80g Self raising Flour
  • 2 tbsp Yoghurt
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 100ml White wine vinegar
  • 30g Caster sugar
  • 1 tsp Coriander seeds
  • 1 Carrot
  • ½ Cucumber
  • 1 Small beetroot
  • 1 Small bunch of fresh coriander
