This recipe from pizza master Ricardo Arias, prepared with fresh ingredients: Fior di latte Mozzarella, fresh basil, anchovies, capers and black olives. A Mediterranean classic!

Neopolitan Pizza


  • Dough: Flour, water, oil, salt
  • 160g Fior di latte mozzarella from Naples
  • 200g Italian chopped tomato sauce
  • 50g flour for dusting
  • fresh basil leaves (rinse before use)
  • Topping: 30g anchovies
  • 30g capers
  • 30g black olives
  • a pinch of oregano
