The Pot Luck Club, starring Head Chef Jason Cosmos, create their most popular dishes from their tapas inspired menu in this singular and exclusive episode.
Staring off with an Asian-inspired glazed tuna dish which is locally caught, Chef Cosmos then moves on to the second dish, which is an asparagus tarte dish with truffle oil, for a truly decadent touch.
The third dish is another ethically caught line dish, except this line dish makes up a ceviche dish with citrus notes and saffron to top it off, as well as many other flavoursome ingredients.
The fourth dish is an ash roast beetroot dish with a fermented turnip sauce that The Pot Luck Club creates itself, whilst the fifth dish is a pork belly with blue cheese extravaganza, decorated with herbs and mouthwatering just to look at.
The final dish is a dessert- of course! The dessert is a dark chocolate and coffee flavoured crumble with passionfruit gel and mint leaves to garnish.
Watch as Chef Cosmos brings these dishes to life, and perhaps add The Pot Luck Club to your bucket list.
